Internet Explorer Problems

Tuesday, April 29th, 2008

It has come to my attention that my website is broken when viewed using Internet Explorer.  The only way to fix this is to throw away your Windows-based computer and get a Mac.

Sorry.

UPDATE: I’ve just been informed that you can also install the Firefox browser.  Sorry to those who have already thrown out their PCs.

Does this site look broken in Internet Explorer for you guys?  Firefox looks fine, but I just switched over because it wasn’t working and now I’m seeing a break.

HELP ME.

McCain rejects ‘big government’ takeover of health care

All this stupid “let the families decide” bullcrap is just a way to take the responsibility off the shoulders of McCain and America and reinforce the selfish ideals that we’ve taken on in our “USA is #1″ manifesto.

I’m so tired of this “me, me, me” attitude that is looked upon as progressive liberation when it’s basically the same ideals that the cavemen held. If there’s one thing that HBO’s John Adams has taught me it’s that Jefferson had that part wrong.

I just got rickrolled by my iPod.

Does anyone remember that phrase? And can anyone remind me of when to use it? I just can’t seem to recall exactly what we meant by it.

RIP Frosty Freeze (1963-2008)

Frosty Freeze

Frosty Freeze was a world famous b-boy and a member of, probably the most recognized breakin’ group, the Rock Steady Crew. He was known for his comedic style and he was very acrobatic. His trademark move was called “The Suicide” where he would jump in the air and land completely on his back.

Besides all of the old school stuff like Flashdance, Wild Style and Style Wars, I’ve only watched a few videos here and there of him breakin’ (probably my first time recognizing that he was a famous person was on one of these breakdance competitions I bought off of Sandbox Automatic back in the day - I can’t remember which one - I probably still have it) and every single one of them was such a joy to watch. I don’t seek out b-boy videos too often because I get tired of watching these power heads do the same moves over and over again, but every clip of him that I’ve seen was so fun and interesting. He really made it look so fun and was one of the many who inspired me to try my hand at it for a short period of my wannabe hip-hopper life.

I will now (or when I get home, rather) remedy this ill and scour the internet for as many videos of “The Freeze to Please” as I can find.

April Fools’ Day

Tuesday, April 1st, 2008

Can you believe it’s already April Fools’ Day? It’s gone by pretty fast. April 1st has just smacked me in the back of the head!

In the beginning of the year, I promised myself that if I didn’t have 100 new blogs written by April 1st - April Fools’ Day - that I would shut down this blog. Well, I’m very sad to say that I didn’t accomplish that goal and so with that, this will be my last post ever. You can mark April 1st, 2008 (All Fools’ Day) as the last time you will ever hear from me again.

April Fools’ Day

Just kidding! April Fools! I totally got you with this one!!
